Á sveitarstjórnarfundi 4.8.2020 var samþykkt ,,...að stærri samkomum/hátíðum í Fljótsdal verði frestað meðan núverandi covid ástand varir''. Allir eru hvattir til að fylgjast vel með upplýsingum frá Almannavörnum og sóttvarnalækni - og ekki síst að huga vel að eigin sóttvörnum. Þeir sem sinna hverskonar þjónustu eða standa að minni samkomum/viðburðum taki mið af sóttvörnum og viðmiðunarreglum þar um. Við erum öll almannavarnir.
